Pros
The benefits are really great. Non-exempt employees start with 4 weeks of PTO, exempt start with 5 weeks. Affordable employee portion of health insurance.
Cons
They are growing really fast, which is a good problem to have most of the time, but occasionally things get lost in the shuffle.
