      Pros

      I made decent money but the managers were disconnected

      Cons

      Owner was always complaining that they didn't have enough money to pay the reps...which obviously wasn't true.

      Pros

      Arthrex as a whole is a great brand and has some great products.

      Cons

      Principle owner does not want to help out his employees by compensating them properly . He refused to help financially in anyway for his associates. You get a base, which is low, plus only 200 dollars a month for gas and expenses. You will get nothing for car payment, insurance, parking at hospitals, credentialing, etc. You will pay for all of that on your own.
