Pros
Good cluture Decent package Flexible timing
Cons
No more learning opportunities No fixed policies
Pros
This company is the most welcoming I’ve ever worked at. They truly treat their employees with respect and dignity. They give you the confidence to do your work and give you incentive to do well and perform simply based off their concern for their employees and helping us in every way possible. They are flexible regarding telecommuting if/when necessary and giving you one week in the office and one week at home. Interchanging your telecommuting time to allow for a different flexible work environment.
Cons
I would only wish to have more options for telecommuting and working from home. I prefer working from home more than I do from the office.
Pros
Not a lot. There are plenty of competitors to work with. Keep moving
Cons
Horrific management. horrific CEO. they are dishonest from the start, as soon as you get hired they change everything and tell you this wa a recent change that took effect the week before you started which is a lie when they are telling everyone that. They are dishonest getting people to accept positions then they change the narrative on everyone, every time. So Dishonest and zero integrity, they lie and they steal your ideas and pass them off as their own and take all the credit with upper management and they are all corrupt. They hire illegals and felons for cheap, even as far as to hire sex offenders who are on the sex offender list so they either don't do background checks or they ignore them. Then they expect you to travel with them, stay in the same hotel and spend time with these people. If you aren't their own personal friend then you can forget anything good happening to you for your career. management disappears, you have no idea where they are, they are slow, their turnaround time to get ANYTHING completed is ridiculous. Clients are not happy, management is inexperienced and they admit it, then they say "thats why I hired you because I dont know about this stuff" and expect you to do their job for them while they golf or swim or go to amusement parks during work hours. Forget ever moving up if you don't kiss the grounds they walk on. Managers get employee ratings throughout the year and they will threaten you to give them a good review or "you will regret it". They love the blame game, if things fall apart because the processes are horrible or non existent, you are getting the blame instead of management. Managers think they are never wrong, and they don't even see eye to eye between themselves. The backstabbing between management is something I have never seen be so severe. They talk about each other in a horrible way to t he employees which puts people in a really awkward position. The turnover is incredible. They lose key people at lease twice a month. No one stays there. The place in unhealthy and dysfunctional and not a place you want to be unless you love drama, rumors, daily berating's and incompetence. Their pay is well below the industry standards by about 25%. The culture is toxic and I would not recommend even applying here. Just keep moving. Don't do this to your mental health please. Have the self preservation and get a job anywhere else. This is not worth your time. The best thing I ever did for myself in a long time was get away from this toxic unsuccessful company. After 7 years of this nonsense and turmoil I finally got out. Don't do this to yourself. Good companies do exist out there and this is not one of them. You will regret not listening to this advice trust me. I didn't listen and my life was miserable for years
