      Most people I work with are awesome.

      Cons

      Fake recent reviews claiming the company allows WFH. This is false, the company is requiring all employees be in office 4 days a week starting in September. There is no flexibility being given even if you work on a global team and don’t work with anyone at the site you’re being told to report into. The company will lose women and the most talented employees soon due to this ridiculous policy.

      People are expected to deliver above-average results with below-average processes. The stock’s performance has earned this pressure, but there is no obvious, quick path to improvement. Your experience in that corporate environment will depend on your supervisor either being a leader or a manager.
