Medtronic remains competitive in almost all market segments they compete, and seem to drive growth within mature and new business units. The company remains focused on it's mission and serving patients.
Cons
The companies executive leadership team has lost touch with technical employees. The vast majority of the executive committee has NO background in science or engineering, even though they emphasize engineering capabilities and manage the worlds largest med tech company.
