Pros

It’s a job, but not a good one

Cons

Non living wage Management doesn’t care that employees can’t make ends meet No cost of living increases Max performance based raise is 5% - which if you’re paid the base wage of $15.50 is $0.77. It’s a joke. Benefit cost went up this year, company did not increase contribution so increase cost of healthcare went to employees. Cannot afford to contribute to 401k or stock plan due to ridiculously small paychecks just with medical coverage. Extreme micromanagement Leadership is not on the same page and we are given conflicting directives regularly

Pros

The best company I’ve ever worked for.

Cons

Really can’t think of many. It’s heavily matrixed but that’s to be expected.

Pros

Generous, old-school benefits. Almost twice the PTO as other places I've worked, excellent healthcare, 401K matching, etc. Many high-quality colleagues and a generally mellow, polite business culture.

Cons

Multiple competing bureaucracies, internal consultancies, a computer-illiterate 'stakeholder' class with permission to disrupt anything, and perverse incentives driving waste.
