The territory I was hired to cover, number of work hours and required travel changed immediately after being hired. I believe there was very little direction from management in my new hire training in the field. My achievements were rarely acknowledged but minor shortcomings while learning the business were always highlighted. Overall low morale amongst the team members was very apparent. Unfortunately I believe that there is a lack of solid leadership in this district and not a direct reflection on the company as a whole.
