A nice remote job with decent benefits. You can adjust your hours to fit your needs and everyone is pretty nice to work with.
Cons
Working on the serivce desk team felt a bit isolating from the rest of the company. We were always so busy that if there was a company wide meeting anybody working on the IT team wasn't there. And sometimes the phone system would throw you into a call pool for a client you weren't really trained on.
