Horrible leaders, no work life balance, treat you like just another number. Mostly men in management positions. If you're not a certain ethnicity then your not a part of the group. Will take your knowledge and fire you. They will see you a dream and tell you they care about people when they really do not at all care about people. HR and management do not care at all. They will lie to you to get you in and then use you for whatever they want.
