They pay you next to nothing and expect you to devote all waking hours to the company. You will be asked to log on hours early, and expected to stay on hours late until your numbers are hit. The people you meet during training will show a facade of happiness, but once you start to meet the real teammates, you'll see that everyone is burnt out, miserable, and considering quitting every day. They'll tell you you can make hundreds of thousands in commission, but their commission structure is one of the worst I've seen among staffing agencies, and you could make much more taking your talents elsewhere. Not to mention the only way to really make decent money here is to give up your personal life. They only care about sales, and recruiters are not valued even though the entire company's business plan is dependent on the success of their recruiters. Leadership is questionable, most of them have never worked anywhere else and are jaded and out of touch since they've never known anything else. I can't think of a single low to mid level employee I met who was truly happy there. To all the college grads who just really need a job, I promise you, you can find better.
