Pros
They hire Graduates with little or no experience, and they are okay with getting time off if you really need it. Although they will guilt you about it.
Cons
Pay is very low, and the hours are very ridiculous; you will work severe overtime weekly, and will not be compensated for it at all. They hold pointless meetings that accomplish nothing literally all the time; management is very egotistic, love to hear themselves talk, and love to come across as important. Another thing that really bothered me was that management can get very inappropriate as they severely pry into ones personal life; they would make statements that would be an HR nightmare in a respectable company. Discussions and disagreements also can get extremely heated, unprofessional, and uncomfortable. Working at Medix is essentially like never leaving High School; there are clicks, it can get dramatic, and it is something you cannot wait to "graduate" from. They say image is very important, but the only professional thing they do is wear a suit to work.
