      Pros

      Not too many pros it seemed like a good job at first.

      Cons

      No stability a-lot of confusion and internal strife, lack of good management. Made an offer then pulled. Got laid off with no explanation. Remotely erased my computer.

      Pros

      small hierarchy, transparent team, good place to learn new things

      Cons

      Very nice to be a part of the team with small hierarchy but at times that is not so good as all the work might just fall on you.
