Cons
Very hard to get to. A lot of clicks and groups. Poor training. Poor management. Tell you your job is one thing during interview only to find out it's totally different once you start. No one says anything when they see things are being done wrong. Everyone has customers on mute and mimicking them while they speak. Expected to know everything with very little training. You start taking calls with no idea how to answer the client because you weren't trained properly. The hours are long giving very little room for home life. You feel stressed all the time because you feel like you have no idea what you are doing. Management doesn't seem to care if you are struggling and will throw you under the bus very quickly. They seem to not care because they are so used to people just coming and going. I saw 3 people leave within my first month and others looking for other employment just to get out. The lunch isn't paid and the 2 fifteen minute breaks are hardly taken because you cant walk away from your desk without being asked to turn on your phone. There are cameras everywhere and very little support. I honestly dont suggest this job to anyone unless you are okay with being at work all day/night long. Or are in desperate need of money.
