Paid salary promptly and decent nice working environment in general.

Overpromised bonuses but underdelivered promises of giving out bonuses when time was due. Trying to cut costs from day one. Employee benefits were pathetic and nonexistent. Poor management, lack of business acumen and foresight in business decisions and workflows. Over diversification of business scope with ultra-thin human resources to deliver the promises to clients. Inflated impression of listed company but operated business like a sole proprietorship. Not a stable company to work for and grow in the long term. Inter-communication between management and employees need to be further improved.
