Pros

Medifast is a company that thrives on family values. There is great emphasis placed on employees achieving work-life balance. Medifast aims to help both customers and employees achieve optimal health, including physical, mental, and financial health. It is extremely rewarding to work for a company that aims to truly help people improve all aspects of their lives. I leave work every single day feeling like I have made a difference in helping someone get healthier. There are several great benefits to being an employee of Medifast: -on site gym with free personal training -Dietitians on staff willing to help employees improve their eating habits -Free Medifast products -Tuition reimbursement programs- including graduate programs -several holiday parties throughout the year -Profit sharing -Yearly salary increases -More than adequate paid time off that increases the longer you stay with the company

Cons

Once in a position, it is unclear how to advance in the company. There seems to be a lot of turnover in employees. Feels like a great environment for individuals fresh out of college, who then leave when they realize there is not much room for advancement Policies/directions change frequently... employees must be able to adapt very quickly to frequent changes. -However this is to be expected of a company trying to grow quickly!
