Pros

-Takes pride in it's products to ensure that the company is delivering the best result possible -Employee satisfaction and engagement is a priority. Not only do they have winter and summer parties, and great benefits but they also evaluate employees on a quarterly basis instead of a yearly. -Progressive in cultural awareness and diversity-they strive to make sure all employees feel heard and included -Senior management is hands on, in that they know the products and are happy to guide you to success, no micromanagement -WFH/Remote work options

Cons

We were just bought by a bigger company so there has been some hesitation among employees regarding the future of the company (benefits, culture awareness, pay etc.)

Pros

The company was fantastic when I first started working there, the culture was embracing and supportive. Folks seem to care about your development at first and your growth.

Cons

After 3ds bought the company it started going downhill gradually, many c suite turnover, terminations and new latest CEO is clueless when it comes to executing the vision, while also making sure they continue delivering on NEXT all on all these features when at launch half of them don’t even work properly. Having spent years at the company I saw clients lose trust on the products and leadership, a lot of times CEO’s from client side would give advice on senior management on processes which being the vendor we should be the leaders on guidance not the other way around. Consider applying to other SaaS companies.
