Pros

I've worked for Medicus for almost three years and I can honestly say it's the best place I have ever worked. Overall, the technically team is very knowledgeable. The senior team is very good at passing down knowledge instead of just taking over. You really get a sense that you are learning and growing here. The benefits are exceptional: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401k matching, monthly massage days in office, fully stocked kitchen with kegs, break room with current gen gaming consoles. We also have several after work outings scattered throughout the year like: Andretti's, Whirly Ball, Bowling, an annual company Braves' game outing, an overnight somewhere for the Christmas party.

Cons

Nothing really glaring but if any job was perfect you would do it for free.

Pros

Leadership that truly values both customers and employees, paired with an inspiring mission to support healthcare providers.

Cons

Growth can be so fast but it's a good problem to have.

Pros

The pay is way too low

Cons

The company is completely driven by policy, even when it means letting go of strong performers simply because they work remotely. Off‑boarding is handled so poorly that sometimes your own colleagues are the ones asked to remove you. There also seems to be an unofficial three‑year limit — people hit that mark and suddenly they’re out, while a select few are treated as untouchable. There’s no transparency around restructuring, and pay is noticeably below market. Many others have raised the same concerns, and it’s clear the organisation needs real change. There’s also no real path for growth, and senior techs often avoid taking calls during peak times, which pushes even more pressure onto the lower‑tier team. It’s exhausting and discouraging.
