      There’s some great caring staff.

      Cons

      Horrible pay, overworked, horrible administration, regional and corporate personnel. The administrator pushed his work off on everyone. He has no clue what goes on with the residents. He barely works a full week. Same with the DON. No training. Old outdated buildings and equipment.

      Pros

      Residents are very nice /nurses & Cna's & some cooks are nice and maintenance is cool!

      Cons

      Administration is very uncouth and act like he doesn't know what's going on half of the time but he know very well what's going on . They don't care what happens to you or how dedicated you are to the company or the residents. They want to shuffle in and out quickly. Under paid and over work if you get hurt on company time they will integrate you til the cows come home then they deny compensation or you sue . Even then you don't get what your time and dedication is worth.
