Pros
MICI is a great company to work for if you enjoy to work at a relaxed pace and peace in the workplace. Everyone was knowledgeable and light hearted. This the only job I've ever worked for that I absolutely loved going to because of the stress free environment and the friendly staff with a professional vibe.
Cons
It's a dead end job. MICI doesn't invest in its employees, yet they are the blood in the veins that single handedly make MICI as successful as it is, a multimillion dollar company. There's no ladder to climb. Only way to get a promotion is if somebody quits, get fired or dies. It definitely won't be because you exceeded expectations. Better compensation would be an excellent consideration for Account Managers. Doctors are having to be reminded that they have hundreds of thousands to millions in accounts they've forgotten about. MICI's company culture is strictly contribution. Know that you are ONLY The Help!
