When I was working at this company, they were very accommodating when I needed to call off or could not work certain days. Additionally, everyone who worked here generally had a good attitude and were willing to help. This includes those in the field and even upper management. Over time, scheduling became less flexible in giving employees the hours they wanted. In addition, available overtime was reduced to zero hours, which hurt some of the employees I would work with.
