Where to start - should be a lovely place to work given it’s only 150 staff but the reality is very different. Doctrines working against each other is a constant. Directors back stabbing each other is very common. It’s a toy from top to bottom. Best of luck to the new ceo they will need it. Best thing to do is cut the snakes from the grass from the top down. That might help the culture.

Pros
Really flexible, interesting work, nice team, good office location and hybrid working
Cons
Deeply flawed culture, leadership do not listen to culture feedback. Strange, tense atmosphere at times
