      New company, highly motivated CEO

      Cons

      Product was constantly failing although the idea of the product was great as 100% mobile based. Issues with reporting, getting and retaining new business. The company culture was great, the people were the best part. However, this company was very high stress due to the fact that it was a start up.

      Pros

      Eric's energy is great and contagious. The way the product team follows his vision is testimony to his leadership style.

      Cons

      A few egos left unchecked mean the work environment is not the friendliest. Although the company is still relatively small, there is too little collaboration between the different teams.
