Pros
Met some really lovely people there
Cons
As evidenced by the sudden influx of positive reviews, the company appears more concerned with managing perceptions than addressing the underlying issues. It also reflects a lack of accountability from leadership in taking ownership of the company's shortcomings. Weak leadership is a major reason the company finds itself in its current position. The Senior Leadership Team consistently avoids accountability and appears to rely on employees below them to absorb the consequences of poor strategic decisions. There is a recurring pattern of overpromising to clients at the expense of employee wellbeing and sustainability. Management frequently promotes a "sink or swim" culture, implying that those who remain are high performers. However, this ignores the fact that the company does very little to set people up for success. Onboarding is inadequate, training is poor, expectations are communicated inconsistently, and micromanagement is common. Despite these shortcomings, employees are held to extremely high standards that leadership itself often fails to meet.
