I've been at MPD for six months now and it's been a good experience. My manager actually listens when I speak up, and my colleagues are always ready to help when needed. The company provides useful internal training that's helped me grow. The culture here is positive, we are happy working together. There is one plus point is how flexible MPD is with our working arrangements. Makes balancing work and personal life much easier. I saw some negative reviews on Glassdoor before joining, but my experience has been completely different. Those reviews feel like more to personal issues or maybe even attempts to make the company look bad? Overall, I am happy with the company and enjoy working with my colleagues here.
