Pros
BYOD (Bring your own device). Salary is good if you know how to lick seniors feet. Only for support guys not for development.
Cons
Dirty politics. No growth for development and career. Worst HR policies. They hire only family members. I was given offer letter but the HR said sorry because the higher management joined some of their relatives. So I was left with no job in hand. I left my current employer for them. And the HR said SORRY. Wow what a way of recruitment. Worst management ever seen. Pls don't join this company.
