Pros

Great support and opportunities for folks new to the ID role. Solid structure for projects, work planning and development. Saw many co-workers advance to new positions or get hired on permanently by client.

Cons

Client contacts very greatly in skills, knowledge and leadership necessary to steer effective L&D programs. Some lack the technology experience or advice make informed, vital decisions that impact whole departments and teams, while others are overqualified--but either do not speak up when leadership makes decisions that don't make sense or negatively impact projects, or are not heard/ignored, resulting in major impacts, including massive team attrition, scrapped/unsable training products and company financial and team time losses. No or little choice in project assignment, role on project or client decisions that impact project work. Questionable communication between client and company re: project work/scope or 'challenges' that impact projects.

Pros

Work-life balance. Work pressure varies as they are still trying to figure themselves out. You will have an easy time if you have a thick skin. If you are looking for something to do to kill your time this will be the place to go.

Cons

I would rate this place a negative star if it was an option on glassdoor. My reasons are given below. Management absent. Absolutely no work structure, you would lose your profile, as they keep moving people from one profile to another. You could be hired for something else and end up doing something completely different. Management is in pure simple words a bully. Employment contract, employee wellness means less than nothing to them. Completely unprofessional in terms of communication, timings or even general courtesy. Their employment contract has spelling mistakes, grammatical errors. They can stoop to any level to save money. First they cut my notice period by 10 days and then my salary into half on account of a non performance clause which does not exist in the employment contract (also considering I have more than 3 certificates of merit from them in less than 8 months). Most people are not over a year old in the company, because nobody stays that long. You would get introduced to new company rules on a regular basis to suit the company. So forget taking their word on anything. If you have any hopes for a career, stay jobless or work freelance rather than work here.
