Pros
MediQuant offers great teammates, flexibility, good managers, competitive compensation, and an overall really good experience. I enjoyed my time working at MediQuant and could see myself coming back if the chance ever were to arise. I didn't have many issues with the company, if any, but most of the issues were HR/benefits related. As IT staff, we had the usual Dev/Ops divide, but we had a manager ready to command and conquer over that stereotype. He was focused on making sure there was no animosity on either side of the fence and was one of the best managers I've had.
Cons
The IT team offered no where to grow. During the interview, one of the specific traits they were looking for included "hungry", however, they offered nothing to eat. This was frustrating as you'd watch other teams have tiers (junior/usual/senior and 1/2/3/senior) and promotions every 3 to 6 months. Another pain point is employee reviews (see Advice to Management section) and HR information. The HR department is too small for the companies size and getting advice or any information on anything benefits related is not easy. Hopefully you are not young and/or understanding benefits and 401k information comes easy to you.
