      The culture is on the face of it is good

      Cons

      But if you stay too long, you need to be part of the group that run this organization. It is becoming more like family run business than an entrepreneurial non profit.

      1. Unrealistic appraisals 2. No promotions. In fact promotions for those who are either favourites or know organisation politics 3. Values only on papers and on website 4. Not open to change, taking risks, or exploring
