* Outdated technology - You will be thrown out of the industry if you join this company as they use Struts which is almost a dead technology now. You will find it very difficult to crack another interview as you are working in Struts and does not have any exposure to new technologies. * No career growth - only bug fixing tasks. Nothing new to learn as it is in Struts. * Unprofessional and unethical Management - They will shout at you every time in all the team meetings and that too in front of everyone and make you feel ashamed of yourself. They feel so satisfied by doing do. You can literally see their happy faces once they are finished shouting at the employees. Total unprofessionalism. * No job security. They will lay-off you without any reason instantly. So many good developers were laid-off in 2020 and 2021 for no reason. * They built a Kochi team in 2020, which was basically to cut-down the developers in Dubai. So many experienced people from Dubai and Kochi team also left the company within a few months of joining seeing the bad behavior of the management. * Management - Total nonsense heads who do not like developers who perform really well and are core techies. The main reason is that the entire top-management people are non-technical people who does not have any idea on Software Industry or Java or anything. * There is no proper reporting structure. The Clients will contact developers directly every now-and-then. The developers are on their own and have to deal with clients as well; who will also shout at developers. * Everywhere and every time, all you can hear and see is shouting and bad-mouthing - both by management and by clients. * The Dubai management are very incapable. They do not know to prioritize the tasks. So, they make everything on "critical" priority. But actually it was never critical for the client. All the projects are always critical due to mismanagement. The worst part is that everything becomes critical only on the on weekends (all Saturdays and Sundays) and also on holidays (Onam, Christmas etc.). The main intention is that the management want the employees to work round the clock - 24*7 for all the 365 days. They make you work on all Sundays without any fail. * Zero Employee satisfaction. * Ladies stay out of this company as they do not like lady employees and hence no maternity leaves and policies are there. Note: I got to see "a very positive remark" by management. Hence wanted to let the potential employees know the actual face of this company; so that you do not screw up your career joining this company. Do not join here if you seriously care about your career. Hope you got a better understanding about the management. Hope it helps.
