Medallion Retail is a great company to work for. Management is always willing to help out and everyone is extremely nice. The projects are interesting and challenging and there is hardly any turnover which speaks volumes for the company.

No cons that I can think of at all! had such a great experience here and wouldn't change a thing.

It's a really solid team of people that make you feel like family. It still has some of the charm of an old school agency like a great christmas party, bonuses, and one-on-one interactions with the owner and executive team. The location of the office is central and vibrant. Commuting is a breeze.

Though the stories of how it "used to be" are impressive, they now rely pretty heavily on a dwindling list of clients. The business development team had basically no luck landing anything new during my time there. Certain times of year provide little to no work-life balance, and I found the wages to be much lower than the norm.
