Pros
Fully remote. Fairly high pay for the industry. The actual platform tool is friendly and easy to navigate.
Cons
Leadership doesn’t exist. When high level roles are filled, they churn fast. Majority of exec roles turnover in less than a year. Management is overbearing, doesn't have a solid vision, and changes priorities extremely frequently making it impossible to keep up. Expectations are you work 50+ hours a week if you are salary. Turnover is through the roof throughout the entire org. They lure people in from competitors with high salaries, but then burn them out or fire them for speaking up regarding issues or concerns. If you’re customer-facing, be prepared to be berated often for the orgs inability to deliver.
