Medallia is growing very quickly, which means rapid advancement opportunities for individuals as well as personal growth opportunities by taking on responsibilities typically reserved for people later in their careers (client interactions, project management, etc.). It is amazing to work with every Medallian, and your voice can make a real impact on the strategic goals of the organization.
Cons
Clear distinction between pre-growth and post-growth employees. Lack of direction in many levels and parts of the organization, and many middle managers lack experience.
