Great people, game changing technology, great culture. Usual Silicon Valley perks
Cons
Usual growing pains for a company growing at this pace. Initial reluctance to move decision making away from small group of US execs, which frequently created bottlenecks, slowed decision making and put up too much red tape. Largely now resolved with new senior regional leaders, and newly formed exec leadership team in US.
