      Learned a lot about self-funded insurance policies and made some good friends

      Cons

      Micromanaged, told different things daily, Asked a question on group chat two supervisors answered two different ways, management would tell you to fake it till you make it, low pay.

      Pros

      Excellent benefits, supportive leadership, and accessible training materials. Management offers flexibility with scheduling.

      Cons

      Attendance is crucial due to the fast-paced work environment. While the salary is not very competitive, the health insurance benefits and gifts from the CEO help offset this shortcoming, especially if pay isn’t your top priority.
