      Hybrid after 90 days that’s it

      Cons

      Management lies about everything One day something is fine the next day you’re getting written up You can’t take more than 2 days off for a 30 day period it doesn’t matter the reason even if there’s a doctors note There’s no raises They want machines not people Only a 30 minute break Management micromanages you to death

      Pros

      Very generous, lunches provided frequently snacks. Management shows their gratitude. Friday dress down days. Foster a team environment, people are very friendly. Can always ask questions.

      None that I can think of.

      Lunch (leftovers from metings ) on some days

      Cons

      Management, Pay, Insurance cost and type of insurance. They only care about money being brought in. They will not own up to mistakes they have made in the billing process.
