      Coworkers are great, the work is important, the schedule is good.

      Cons

      Management is going the classic MBA-fueled route to maximize profit, asking providers to do more with less, and leading to provider burnout.

      Pros

      The people, people, people. Cannot speak more highly of the wonderful, supportive, conscientious, hardworking, dedicated people. The best onboarding I've ever experienced. SO refreshing! Everyone has been warm, embracing, and passionate. I absolutely feel like I fit in and would highly recommend MedStar to all passionate healthcare job seekers, regardless of your position, skill, and level of experience.
