Pros
The only pro is that it is work from home if you were already employed here during the pandemic.
Cons
They are outsourcing our jobs to the Philippines and NOW to Guatemala. They pay the Philippines reps only $6 an hour and so for every 3 Philippines reps is the pay rate of one United States rep. They don't listen to you when you advise them on how processes can be better. Everything is about production. THEY ARE FIRING ALL UNITED STATES REPS AND ONLY HIRING ABROAD. NO MORE UNITED STATES REPS WILL BE ABLE TO APPLY HERE. There is no upward mobility, and the raises are .30 cents a year and they make you WAIT for that until around April when you are supposed to get your raise in January. I put in my two weeks and will be gone shortly, This company has gone to the ground every since the founder/CEO of the company stepped down.
