This job permanently messed with my psyche - Customer Advocate MedRisk Employee Review

This job causes so much unnecessary stress that I don't even work there anymore but I still literally feel the effects its had on me to this day. This job will make your anxiety completely sky rocket. Management or team leads or anyone that had any superior title to you made it completely known that they had more authority than you. don't even bother trying to reach the required quotas because you will get no other acknowledgement other than an email from that says "good teamwork (even though they had no contribution to said teamwork)! tomorrow lets aim for even higher numbers" after you've basically killed yourself just that day that goal. This job is completely draining and I wish I would have taken the bad reviews I saw before I started here into consideration, but I wanted to give the company the benefit of the doubt. It's unfortunate how terrible this workplace is.
