Pros

There simply isn't an LP out there which matches MedReleaf's culture, professionalism and humanity. I, like most of my peers, am proud to call myself an employee of this company. "Our" strongest suits are: 1. An excellent HR department which promotes a culture of openness, honesty and integrity. 2. No office hierarchy. An environment which nurtures professionalism and gives young employees an amazing chance to learn from brilliant managers and executives (all of whom have been chosen from top tier companies). 3. Appreciation of one's handwork and willingness to improve. If you are someone who truly wants to work hard, strive for self improvement and make a positive difference for your company you will find ample support and positive reinforcement. 4. An undivided attention to Health and Safety of all employees. 5. Excellent communication between all levels of company through open door policy, regular townhall meetings, and readily available HR personals. In a nutshell it is a privilege to work here, most of us realize this and truly cherish our company for the opportunity.

Cons

There really aren't any. Hopefully as the company expands it would be able to transmit its values to new employees (so far it has done so quite successfully)

Still some great people, and it is nice

My original review was 5-stars, but I needed to update this as it is not accurate to how MedReleaf is now. Before this place was a haven, a wonderful place to work... until Aurora bought us out. At first the org was optimistic about the change and a chance to combine forces to make a "super company!" Then the change happened... and the company is now gutted. All leadership was let go for all departments, changes are made and not thought through... so they are changed 4 more times... then scrapped. There is no direction anymore. Noone knows what they are working for... Most teams are understaffed with noone there to hire more people... Its a mess guys... The Culture here is now a mess. There are like no chances for career advancement either.
