Pros

You will learn to not fall for the shiny benefits they offer.

Cons

Working at MedPro Healthcare Staffing was a deeply frustrating and toxic experience. The company operates under an extreme culture of micromanagement, where every minute of your time is monitored. Arriving a minute early or late? Expect to be written up. It feels less like a professional workplace and more like a strict, authoritarian school where control is prioritized over actual productivity or performance. The unprofessionalism here is staggering. Nepotism is rampant, and it’s clear that advancement and favorable treatment have little to do with merit. You can do your job flawlessly, meet every expectation, and still be treated as disposable—unless, of course, you spend your time kissing up to upper management, in which case you’re golden. They do not care about actual results, only about obedience and maintaining their toxic hierarchy. The relationships between coworkers are also extremely unprofessional, making for an uncomfortable work environment. Boundaries are non-existent, and management does nothing to curb inappropriate behaviors. Worse, if you try to set boundaries or advocate for yourself, they will actively try to push you to resign rather than address the issues at hand. To top it off, they believe they have the right to comment on everything, even down to your facial expressions and body language. You are constantly under scrutiny, not just for your work, but for how you present yourself in ways that have nothing to do with your job. If you value professionalism, respect, and a workplace that rewards actual hard work instead of blind loyalty to toxic leadership, stay far away from MedPro Healthcare Staffing.

Pros

My recruiter, Stephanie Molina, knows me as an individual, not as just another recruit. She's ALWAYS available for me. The payroll crew are awesome. Very thorough and quick to respond.

Cons

They (like all agencies) don't have all the jobs you see out there. So sometimes you have to send them a posting.

Pros

Overall, my experience with MedPro has been wonderful. From the day I signed my contract until I arrived in the U.S., everything was absolutely tremendous. MedPro truly made my dream of working in the United States come true. All the departments worked professionally and efficiently to ensure my successful deployment to the U.S. When I was working in my home country, it was very difficult to manage both my job responsibilities and the stress of pursuing my dream to work abroad. MedPro took that burden off my shoulders—they handled every step and every document, which relieved a lot of my pressure and stress. I sincerely appreciate all the effort MedPro put into bringing me to the U.S. and making my dream a reality. Thank you, MedPro!

Cons

1- Breaking the contract early can involve financial penalties, since the company invests in visa processing, licensing, and relocation. 2- Although many people have smooth experiences, immigration, licensing, or placement timelines can sometimes take longer than expected.
