Pros

The only decent thing was the commission money.

Cons

The manager is awful, genuinely not a nice person. He blames everything on staff but takes full credit when things go well. Culture of bullying if your face doesn't fit. Favouritism is rife. You can start of liked and then suddenly you're the target by management. Manager cares very little for staff and everything is about company profit. Training is good at start and then you're left with no ongoing support. The manager is rarely in and just pops by to micromanage, complain at you for somthing you didn't do or even somthing you pre warned about and then he leaves. The only people who have a decent time are the managers, they look out for one another and throw everyone else under the bus. Hours are very long, your expected to work on days off and cover things. Texts and emails sent after work hours. Honestly do your mental health a favour and don't work here under any circumstances!

Pros

Working with the director has been an invaluable experience, offering deep insights into the recruitment sector from its foundational elements to advanced strategies. I've witnessed my own growth, progressing from a novice to achieving significant milestones in the industry. The company culture here is truly exceptional. We regularly celebrate our successes as a team every 2-3 months, and we engage in various extracurricular activities such as darts, pool, and golf to foster team building and keep everyone engaged. My journey with this company has been nothing short of remarkable, and it’s difficult to put into words just how impactful it has been. My perspective as an employee has evolved significantly, largely due to the personalized effort and attention that both the manager and director invest in each team member. This support has made me stronger and more confident as part of the team. In conclusion, this is an ideal place to grow and learn if you're genuinely interested in the recruitment sector. The company not only teaches recruitment but also imparts essential skills in people management, finance, and creative problem-solving. My journey has been incredible so far, and I believe anyone who joins and spends time here will have a similarly rewarding experience.

Cons

Collaborating closely with the director has greatly strengthened my problem-solving skills, enabling me to effectively tackle any challenges that arise.
