It's okay. - Onboarding Officer MedGen (UK) Employee Review

I took up the opportunity to work with MedGen 4 years ago and it was a great decision! I was made to feel very welcome from the start and the ethos has been one of hard work and professionalism, balanced with just the right amount of fun and humour. The company is still relatively young but has demonstrated strong growth during my time here - due to the experience, commitment, and work ethic of the entire team. I believe that the business will continue to go from strength to strength; delivering skilled clinical staff when and where they are needed, to support our customers in their time of need. What we do has great value to me, providing me with an enormous sense of pride. MedGen has enabled me to evolve professionally and afforded me success in my chosen role. Under the strong leadership of the Senior Management Team, I really feel that I have been able to flourish! Writing this towards the end (hopefully) of the global COVID-19 pandemic, I have been thoroughly impressed with the adaptability and resilience of the business. I believe that the family atmosphere and strong business focused culture has contributed immensely to this.

MedGen is not local to my home - so I have to travel and have adopted a 'two city lifestyle'. For me, it's well worth the travel! Sometimes I love the journey, other times not so much - but that's just the nature of things. Of course, this situation will not apply to many, but I really can't think of any significant negatives!
