Pros
The management is not multi-layered, and coming from a large Corporation where there are many levels of middle management - that was the biggest blessing. Direct and open access to all departmental heads and CEO. MedAct is very profitable and been in business for 25 years this year. We're entering a stage where 80% of the competition has been acquired and merged, opening up tons of new customers in a very short time frame.
Cons
Being small, none of the usual Corporate perks. No Suites at the AA Center, no trips, President's Club, or cool titles.
