Overall, MeasuringU is a great company to work for. The clients are mostly Fortune 100 companies and working on their products keeps the day-to-day fresh and interesting. MeasuringU is a small company which means employees often juggle many different tasks but are encouraged to work on projects and operations that are most interesting to them. The owner takes into account what areas of the company/research that you want to focus on and tries to align your work with those when possible. This is a great place to learn UX research and related operations/software. You will interact with some of the top companies investing in UX research and the owner is a leader in the industry with a wealth of knowledge that he is eager to share. You will use a wide variety of research methods providing a well rounded understanding of UX research. The office environment is great/fun with most employees being friends and doing frequent company outings together. Employees are treated with respect by both peers and management. The pay is competitive as it relates to industry standards and your level of experience.
Cons
This is a fast paced agency environment which may not be well suited for everyone. Our clients dictate the project timelines which are sometimes aggressive leading to longer work days during the busy seasons. This is balanced out by a flexible work schedule during the slower times, a very generous PTO policy, and a great work environment.
