Thank you for your feedback. We strive to offer a positive, collaborative, and enjoyable work environment for all of our employees and I am truly sorry your experience fell short of that.
The past two years have seen big and exciting changes for us: we have purchased a much larger facility and new equipment, earned our AS9100, ISO13485, and ISO4001 certifications, and invested in the continued success of our organization. In regards to your concerns about the company’s finances, I regret that you did not have a clear picture of our company’s position and direction. We are working hard to improve our internal communication which is why we have lunch sessions with the CEO, monthly employee events, a suggestion program, and an open door policy. I would welcome the opportunity to speak with you on how we can further improve our communication and culture.
We know that our success is due to our employees and work very hard to make sure they are compensated at or above market value and I apologize that you did not feel your skills were compensated fairly. We have a company of talented, intelligent, and hardworking employees. As a management team we believe our employee’s success is the company’s success and pride ourselves on our extremely low turnover rate. Unfortunately not every employee will be a good fit with the company’s mission and we choose to let them go; however, we wish you the best of luck at any future places of employment.
