      Wage was decent enough for the position

      Cons

      Overall an average place to work but management structure was silly and having to contact people in head office for things instead of a store manager meant being ignored mostly

      Pros

      A super team, very stressful role but that's how it is in digital marketing. Loved working for a company with such a strong mission and contributing to something bigger.

      Cons

      Standard annual leave, would be great to see additional growth.
