Pros
The best thing about working at Arc Reactions is that you're given a lot of autonomy and freedom in how you approach tasks. I've worked at places before where you're given nonsensical, strict guidelines to follow and it really stunts creativity and depletes morale. At Arc, David places a lot of trust in his employees and when he assigns you a task you're given free rein to use whatever resources you want to complete the task, at the same time David is there to provide guidance if you require it. Arc also provides a lot of opportunities for you to grow and learn. If you're interested at all in the marketing industry, whether it's social media, online ads, graphic design, video editing etc. this is an awesome place to do it. It's also a place where hard work and exceptional work is consistently recognized and rewarded. Overall the environment is very relaxed, people are great to work with and the work itself is very engaging.
Cons
Arc is a smaller company in an industry that requires quick turnaround times, so sometimes there are issues where work needs to be done last minute and there's no choice but to put in the extra hours. There are other times where extra hours could have been avoided if we had better planning processes.
