Understanding manager, nice building to work in, all the tools needed to perform work were provided, snacks and soda provided, good benefits, good and knowledgeable co-workers to assist with work.
Cons
Non-static job roles, on-call for non-urgent issues, changing goals and focus, assigning goals to people who would rather do good work for customers instead of chasing unrealistic metrics. Little to no room for advancement.
