Pros

Strong friendly and family based offices, both in Durham and NY. Creatives are more than eager to produce and execute great work. The New York office is open, airy, friendly and tight. We need more of that in Durham. Flexible work schedules, some news worthy work.

Cons

Brinegar is the vinegar, as well as most of Durham's 'leadership'. They are old and stuck in ancient ways. Cut off the head and the body will fall. Severe lack of diversity. Affirmative action law was upheld by hiring two African Americans in the NY office and a trickle in the Durham office, no one person of color hold a leadership position. There is only one woman, who holds a leadership position. Raises and bonuses are almost non existent.

Pros

Snacks & a cool office

Cons

Cliquey. There was definitely an influential "mean girls" group. If they didn't like you, you'd get pushed out of the company. Leadership asked me to lie to my clients because they made mistakes. Leadership pushed for in-person, but often didn't show up themselves.
