Pros
Work Life Balance. Most teams are very flexible with start/end time, working from home, workload, etc. This is by far the best part of McKesson, for the most part you won’t be overly worked or stressed. In general, people are nice and get along well with each other. People are open to get things done together as a team.
Cons
Salary and Benefits are way below par. They don’t seek to ensure everyone is paid fairly across the board so you have people at all different ends of the salary band. This definitely does not bode well for minorities groups who will need companies to take a better look at salaries and ensure they aren’t contributing to the pay gaps. Upward Mobility is near non-existent unless you are in Strategy. People have been in the same position for 10+ years. You will definitely need to leave your team or company as a whole to get a promotion. Also, make sure you align yourself with a leader who is trying to make upward moves if you are seeking promotions. Diversity and Inclusion is so far behind the times. Lots of talk, no action behind it.
